Background
My name is Ethan Kammerman and I'm a UX Designer with an INFJ personality and a background in sales and marketing. I'm incessantly eager to make a positive impact in the world, starting with users and communities.

During my career in sales and marketing, I enjoyed the problem-solving & human connection aspects of my work. However, I often found my creative side was left to hunger. So, to make work more enjoyable, I would voluntarily take on projects for my team that involved creative problem-solving and designing. I created things like spreadsheet tools for marketing plans and budget proposals, a tool the team uses to this day.
 

"Aha!" Moment

I LOVED creating impactful tools for my team members. That's when I had an epiphany: my favorite part of my job wasn't even part of the job description. Surely, it was time to evolve!
 

My Passion: UX

Recognizing my hunger for creative problem-solving, I made the decision to shift careers into full-time UX design. Since switching, I've been engaged in a work I love and a mission that pumps me up daily: to solve problems and positively impact lives!
